1. Who we are

This policy explains how Apex App Works (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play Spoons (the “Game”). The Game includes the Spoons table, where you pass cards clockwise and race for a spoon, 7-day kitchen treasures, daily challenges, and Lucky Spin · Fiesta Flare.

The other seats at the table are characters in the Game on your device. The Game does not ask you to create an account. There is no online player profile, no real-money wallet, and no way to withdraw chips.

2. Entertainment only

Please read this before you play:

• Spoons is for entertainment. It is not gambling for money.
• Chips are virtual items. They have no cash value.
• Table results, daily rewards, challenge rewards, and Lucky Spin results (including Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand labels) pay virtual chips only.
• There are no purchases, deposits, cash prizes, or withdrawals.
• The Game is for people aged 18 and older.

3. Information we collect

On your device

The Game saves a local file so your session can continue. That file can include:

• Chip balance and virtual winnings from the table and from Lucky Spin
• Your streak, daily claim day, and 7-day kitchen treasure progress
• Daily challenge progress, such as a match won with no letters
• Rounds played, grabs, and similar play statistics
• Sound, music, and haptics preferences, if you change them
• The current hand, so an unfinished pass can be restored

This information stays in the app’s private storage on your device. We do not require your name, phone number, or payment card to play.

Android install measurement

The Android version includes tools used to measure installs and attribute how the app was installed:

• Google Advertising ID, through Google Play services
• Adjust SDK, for install reporting and attribution
• Google Play Install Referrer, which reports the Play Store referrer that accompanied the install

Those tools may process an advertising identifier, install-referrer data, app version, device and operating-system details, and an IP address. An IP address can indicate an approximate region. We do not use them to create a Spoons account or to move real money.

If the Android app opens a web page inside the app, that page is covered by its own privacy policy and may use its own cookies or similar technologies.

4. How we use information

• Run the Spoons table, the beat, the grab, Lucky Spin, and chip payouts on your device
• Remember kitchen treasures, challenge progress, your streak, and settings
• Show local bests that exist only on that device
• Measure Android installs and understand which install source led to the download
• Keep the app working, fix faults, and meet store rules

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use chips as a cash balance.

5. Who we share it with

Local gameplay data is not uploaded to a Spoons account server, because there is no account.

On Android, install-measurement providers process the data described above so the attribution tools can work:

• Adjust privacy policy
• Google privacy policy

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the Game, players, or our rights.

6. Your choices

• Reset the Game. Clear the app’s storage, or uninstall it, to delete the local save, chips, streak, and settings.
• Advertising ID. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings. The Game has no login to opt out of, because it has no account.
• Sound and haptics. If the Game offers these controls, they are stored only on the device.
• Ask us. Email Apex App Works at the address below if you want help understanding this policy or deleting data a third-party tool may hold.

7. How long we keep it

The local save remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall Spoons. A backup copy of that save may sit beside it in the same private storage so a failed write does not wipe your progress.

Attribution providers keep install-measurement data under their own retention rules. We do not operate a cloud profile of your rounds.

Local files are stored with the protections the operating system gives an app’s private storage. No method of storage is perfect. Because the save has no real-money value and no account password, the practical way to remove it is to clear storage or uninstall.

8. Age

Spoons is directed to adults. You must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the Game, contact us and uninstall the app from that device so the local save is removed.

9. Where you play

The Game is offered as an entertainment download. If you install the Android version, attribution providers may process device data in countries other than yours. Their policies describe those transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can use the contact email to make a request. We may need enough detail to find the right device or install record, because the Game has no username.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the Game after the new date means the updated policy applies to new play. A material change to what the Android build collects will be reflected here before or when that version is released.
